• A Supabase account identifier and support code, used to locate your records
• App usage (features used, screens viewed, time spent)

c. Content & Usage

We may collect information about which wallpapers, ringtones, or greeting images you view, download, or set, to improve content and personalization. We do not sell your personal information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide wallpaper, ringtone, greeting, and jaap features
• Manage your account, subscriptions, and purchases
• Send app updates, security alerts, or important notices
• Improve app performance, stability, and user experience
• Ensure compliance with laws and prevent fraud or misuse

We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Payments and Security

• We use encryption and security protocols to protect your data.
• We do not store your credit/debit card or payment details on our servers.
• In-app purchases are processed securely through Google Play (or authorized payment partners).

• To comply with legal obligations or government requests
• With Google for account authentication and Supabase for authentication, database, functions, and cloud storage
• With other trusted service providers only as necessary to operate the App
• To protect Shraddha, users, and platform safety (e.g. fraud prevention)

We ensure partners follow data protection and confidentiality standards.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and update your account details
• Opt out of marketing notifications via device or app settings
• Request removal of your stored data or delete your account

You can permanently delete your account inside the App from My Account (मेरा अकाउंट), then Delete account (खाता हटाइए). You may also request deletion at https://zyrovanta.com/shraddha/delete-account or by contacting wallpapertech@vividai.in.

6. Children's Privacy

Shraddha is intended for a general audience. If you are under 13, we recommend parental guidance. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.

7. Digital-Only Nature

Shraddha provides digital-only services (wallpapers, ringtones, greeting images, in-app content). We do not sell or ship any physical products.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
