Delete Account & Data

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

What gets deleted

• Your registered email address, Google-linked identity, and profile details
• Your account identifier and support records
• Your jaap counts and sessions
• Your app usage history
• Any record of a subscription, where one exists

This is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to request deletion

In the App, open "My Account" (मेरा अकाउंट), choose "Delete account" (खाता हटाइए), confirm, and complete the fresh Google sign-in. Deletion is processed immediately after successful confirmation.

If you cannot access the App, email wallpapertech@vividai.in with the subject "Delete Account" from the Google address you signed in with, and we will delete the account for you. You may include the support code shown in the App to help us locate your records.

We complete deletion within 7 working days and confirm by reply.

Please note

• If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it in Google Play before requesting deletion.
• Subscriptions purchased through Google Play must be cancelled in Google Play's own settings.
• Records that law requires us to keep, such as tax or payment records, are retained for the required period.
• Uninstalling the App removes it from your device but does not by itself delete records held by us. Use the in-app deletion option or the external request route above.
