Delete Account & Data

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

What gets deleted

• Your registered mobile number and profile details
• Your account identifier and device records
• Your jaap counts and sessions
• Your app usage history
• Any record of a subscription, where one exists

This is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to request deletion

Email contact@zyrovanta.com with the subject "Delete Account", from or quoting your registered mobile number. You may also include the support code shown in the "मेरा अकाउंट" section of the App to help us locate your records faster.

You may also submit a request from our website at https://zyrovanta.com.

We complete deletion within 7 working days and confirm by reply.

Please note

• If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it in Google Play before requesting deletion.
• Subscriptions purchased through Google Play must be cancelled in Google Play's own settings.
• Records that law requires us to keep, such as tax or payment records, are retained for the required period.
• Uninstalling the App removes it from your device but does not by itself delete records held by us. Please send the request above.
